Areen has been appointed as the Administration Officer for the RSU. Areen is responsible for staffing the RSU reception area, organising the SCORPIO education program and updating the research databases. She also acts as personal assistant to Professor Cameron and Professor Robyn Tate. Areen completed a Bachelor of Arts at Macquarie University in 2005. Areen has a background in marketing.
