Noeline is the Research Program Manager for a NH&MRC Program Grant “Transition Care: Innovation and Evidence” (TIE). This grant was awarded in 2006 to a group of Australian researchers led by Professor Ian Cameron and is designed to address some of the key questions associated with transition services and service integration for older people.
